IT Technical Lead Merchandising and MarketingThe IT Technical Lead will focus on Merchandising and Marketing functions as well the systems supporting those functions.
This role will assist our business partners and brands in the technical implementation and ongoing support of the Merchandising and Marketing Systems.
You will be responsible for actively participating in definition and planning of technical implementation requirements including configuration, analytical, development, integration, conversion, performance, and testing.
In this role you will be the conduit from the technology teams into the business teams.

Responsibilities:
Typically works on multiple IT projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments.
Relies on experience in addition to general instruction to perform the functions of the job.
Works on projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.
Provide insights for continuous improvement and root cause solutions.
Partner with Software Vendor of service delivery team to resolve reported application bugs.
Support the deployment of patches and releases delivered by our software vendors (Salisify, Bamboo Rose, Blue Yonder).
Provide weekly status report of open and closed issuesWorks closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards.
Support existing systems to meet Service Level Agreements and user expectations including user communication, system/job recoveries, system/job performance and documentation.
Adhere to and insure compliance security, standards and controls that meet Ascena policies.
Basic
Qualifications:

years of professional experience in designing, developing, planning and maintaining of Merchandising and Marketing applications or similar systems (Supply Chain, Order Management, Omni Channel)5
years of Developing and maintaining retail merchandising and marketing applications or similar systems (Supply Chain, Order Management, Omni Channel)Strong understanding of merchandising and marketing business process - product lifecycle development, product information management, cataloging (both digital and paperback), Omni ChannelExperience programming skills in SQL,.
NET, Visual StudioFamiliarity with MS Suite (Office, Powerpoint, Excel etc), MicroStrategy Reporting, Digital Asset ManagementExperience with ITIL Service Management best practices (Incident, Problem, Change Release) Professional Skill Requirements:
Experience building and supporting large scale enterprise applicationsExperience in setting up monitoring/alertsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in collaborative, cross functional, and multi-cultural teamsExpected to work on production support based on the role and program assignedExpected to work as on-call support outside planned business and shift hours Leadership Requirements:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
