Responsibilities:
As a valued member of the Sugarplum Nannies team, you will play a pivotal role in the exceptional care of two children, ages 2 yo and 6 mo.
Your responsibilities encompass:
Ensuring the safety, welfare, and comprehensive development of every child entrusted to your care.
Skillfully preparing and providing nourishing meals and snacks tailored to the children's dietary needs.
Creatively planning and participating in age-appropriate activities and engaging playtime, aligning with the family's active and outdoorsy lifestyle.
Maintaining a pristine, well-organized environment conducive to the child's overall well-being.
Undertaking childcare-related tasks such as the child's laundry, minor meal preparation, and cleanup.
Planning and coordinating the toddler's routine, including driving to/ picking up from preschool 3 days per week.
Prerequisite of a clean driving record.
Demonstrating emotional maturity and professionalism in all interactions.
Committing to a long-term nanny candidacy.
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
To be eligible for this fulfilling role, candidates should demonstrate:
A substantial background of at least 3 years in proven nanny experience, particularly with a focus on caring for newborns and toddlers.
A pristine driving record and access to a dependable vehicle.
Current vaccination status.
Willing to obtain TDAP Vaccine.
Genuine passion for working with children, coupled with a dedicated commitment to their well-being.
Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
Schedule flexibility to meet the specified hours.
Paramount reliability and punctuality.
Mandatory CPR & First Aid Certification.
Successful completion of a background and criminal record check.
