Full-time 45 minutes ago Full Job Description We are seeking both new and experienced real estate agents to join our rapidly growing company.
As a Copia agent, you will be uniquely positioned to have a full team of both real estate and construction professionals to support you.
Ideal candidates will provide exceptional and timely real estate services to clients, be willing to learn and grow, and communicate effectively among the team and clients.
Other qualifications include:
A real estate license is required Must be or become an MLS (multiple listing service) and Realtor member Be able to self-manage business processes including paperwork and client communications Must have a cell phone and laptop Willingness to receive training or coaching by the managing broker, manager, or lead agent Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset A positive and professional attitude Additional responsibilities include:
Network and seek referrals to increase client roster Advise clients on how to stage, market, and sell their home quickly and profitably Promote Copia's construction services in both renovation and new construction home building when appropriate Compensation:
Agents are paid on a commission basis the earning potential is limitless! Whether you are a new agent or a seasoned professional, we would love to chat.
